The girls here are amazing - super considerate and keep the flat tidy, which is something we'd love the new flatmate to be on board with too.
The Room:
* Furnished double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed, and side table
* Great location close to shops, cafes, and pubs
* 15-20 minute walk to Southfields station (District Line)
* 10 minute walk to Earlsfield station with great links to Waterloo, Wimbledon, Putney, Wandsworth, and Tooting
* 20 minute bus journey to Putney and Tooting on the 44 or 270 buses
The Flat:
* Shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom
* We enjoy cozying up for movie nights together
* Not ideal for someone who needs to work from home as there's no desk space in the room
* You will be living with 4 other lovely girls, 2 of which are Muslim :)
Rent:
* £700 per month
* £620 deposit with a £150 secure room fee (£150 is taken off the total deposit so £420 in total)
* Available from September 1st I 2024. I would need someone to pay rent and move in by this date.
* Sadly the landlord requires working professionals. Postgraduate students who have full time employment will be considered
*Short lets considered but you will be required to find a replacement after 3 months.
